Property Specialist

We are looking for a Property Specialist based in Cyprus, Larnaca (onsite).

Responsibilities

• Property Market Research.

• Property Listing & Promotion.

• Property Administration.

• Client Communication & Viewings.

• Tenant Communication & Support.

• Assisting with Transactions & Paperwork.

• Property Insurance Support.

• 0.5+ years of experience in any administrative role.

• An interest in real estate or property management (previous experience is a plus, but not required).

• Some experience in customer service or client communication, in any industry.

• Basic organizational or administrative skills, such as keeping records and supporting day-to-day tasks.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and schedules.

• Ability to use computers, spreadsheets, and online platforms.

• Languages requirements: Ukrainian (Native), English (Intermediate).

• Having a driver's license and your own car.
