Junior Global Partnerships Operations Manager \ Account Manager

Pine Software Technology Ltd is a software company specializing in trading technology solutions for regulated brokers and trading firms. The company provides Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) products designed to support electronic trading, brokerage operations, risk management, and financial data analysis.

As a Junior Global Partnerships Operations Manager you will be responcible for connecting people to services, controlling accounts and permissionshandle contracts and invoices

Main responsibilities:

• Provisioning and managing employee access to SaaS services

• Maintaining and controlling accounts and permissions

• Creating and tracking Jira tickets (including invoice/payment requests)

• Maintaining and updating spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel)

• Communicating with internal teams, partners, and support teams

• At least 1+ year of commercial experience in roles such as operations specialist, account manager, project coordinator, customer support etc.

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail

• Responsibility and reliability

• Ability to work independently

• Meeting deadlines consistently

• Higher education (technical or humanitarian) is privileged 

• English - Intermediate (written and spoken)

• Ukrainian - fluent
